Let’s work on a fully focused mode for 30 minutes.

Give me 10 seconds to check Instagram first.

Hmm, what if I use TikTok for my project instead of Instagram? Let me check these YouTube videos.

Gosh… I need to sleep. I’ll continue tomorrow, if I have the time…

You, 2022

If you feel identified, you’re like me, and guess what, this year we’re failing again to make a living out of our project.

The Mona Lisa took 16 years to be painted. Even when Leonardo didn’t have any social media to be distracted, he was a professional procrastinator.

Leonardo da Vinci had difficulties focusing. On January 1478, he received his first prestigious commission as an independent painter. He got a cash advance of 25 florins (around 25,000 modern US dollars), but he never delivered the work.

He was famous for starting projects that never finished, and some scientists believe he had ADHD. Even so, he’s recognized as one of the greatest artists that ever existed.
