Some engineers can be challenging people to work with, and this can be quite exhausting.

Before you rush to the comments section to complain (I can almost see you typing), I should mention that I, too, am an engineer.

One of my articles (This is Why I Didn’t Accept You as a Senior Software Engineer) went viral a couple of weeks ago. It got around 100k visits in the last 2 weeks and I’ve been reading the most absurd comments on it:
